What it does
An add-on sounder for gates whose internal buzzer disappears into floor noise. It wires to the controller's alarm output and mounts where the staff are — security desk, till line, or over the door — so the activation reaches the person meant to act on it. Useful on wide entrances running several pedestals, where one clear sound point works better than several weak ones scattered across the doorway.
