Who we are

A supplier that stays on the account

RATS BD supplies, installs and services the systems that keep a retail floor safe, efficient and a step ahead of the people working it — EAS security gates, RFID inventory tracking, footfall counting and the counter hardware that ties them together.

We work with retailers of every size and format: fashion and lifestyle chains, groceries and hypermarkets, electronics, jewellery and cosmetics counters. Libraries and museums run the same detection technology for collection control.

No two stores present the same problem, so we do not sell a one-size-fits-all package. We assess the floor first, specify what genuinely fits it — technically and practically — and stay on the account long after the system goes live.

Why the company exists

RATS BD started from a single belief: retail businesses in Bangladesh have a right to world-class security and technology, delivered in a package that is neither complicated nor compromised.

The aim was to make store security more intelligent, more convenient and genuinely useful — for the large chain and the single outlet alike.

The company would rather build long-term partnerships than transactions, which is why every project, small or large, is treated with the same care.
