Security Tags& Labels

Hard tags, soft labels and pins for apparel, cosmetics and high-value goods.

Overview

The problem it solves

The tag is the part of the system your staff touch a hundred times a day and your customer sees on every garment. Choose it badly and you get damaged stock, slow queues and tags quietly left in a drawer.

Detection only works if merchandise is actually protected, which makes tagging a workflow problem as much as a hardware one. A pencil tag that tears knitwear, or a lanyard too short for a handbag, will be abandoned by the floor team within a fortnight.

We match tag geometry and pin type to what you actually sell, and we size the initial order against your stock turns so you are not re-ordering consumables every month.

Capabilities

What the system does

Specified per store — not a catalogue page read back at you.

  • 01

    Hard tags

Reusable AM and RF tags — pencil, shell, mini and golf-ball formats, with pin lengths matched to fabric weight.

  • 02

    Soft labels

Disposable adhesive labels for cosmetics, packaged goods, books and fast-moving lines. Deactivated at the till.

  • 03

    Specialist tags

Bottle collars, optical-frame tags, safers and cable lanyards for jewellery, eyewear and boxed electronics.

  • 04

    Source tagging

Labels applied at the factory or DC so stock arrives floor-ready — the single biggest saving for garment groups.

Questions

Before you
buy

The things retail managers actually ask us on the first call.

Do hard tags damage garments?

Not when the pin is matched to the fabric. Fine knits and silks need a fine or cable pin; denim and outerwear take a standard pin. We specify per category rather than shipping one pin for everything.

How many tags will we need to start?

A working rule is one tag per unit of protected stock on the floor plus 15–20% for stockroom and in-transit cover. We size the first order against your actual SKU count during the survey.

Can labels be printed with our barcode?

Yes — soft labels can be supplied blank, barcode-printed or in false-barcode format so they read as part of the packaging.
