Overview

What it does

The RFID25 is a one-box UHF RFID reader with a 6 dBi circularly polarised antenna built in, so a gate or yard entrance needs a single unit and a single cable run instead of a separate reader and antenna. It works across 860–960 MHz on EPC C1 Gen 2 / ISO 18000-6C, with a specified read distance under 10 m and multi-tag reading up to 400 tags per second. The panel is 445 × 445 × 75 mm in ABS at 4.5 kg gross (packed), runs on DC 12 V, and connects over RS485, RS232 or RJ45. It is built for vehicle and gate work — warehouse yards, staff car parks, container movements — rather than for a shop entrance.
