What it does
A handheld UHF RFID reader for counting stock on the shop floor. Staff walk the fixtures and the reader picks up tagged items in bulk, which turns a full-store count from a day's work into a walk-round. It also runs a single-item search mode for locating one SKU in a crowded stockroom. Read range, battery life and barcode options depend on the unit supplied — ask RATS BD for the datasheet covering current stock.
