Takipsan Box Station 2

Overview

What it does

The Box Station 2 sits on a receiving bench and reads every tagged item inside a carton at once, so staff do not unpack and scan piece by piece. Its job is assortment checking — confirming that what is in the box matches what the packing list says, at goods-in or before dispatch. The housing is metal, which suits a back-of-house bench rather than the shop floor. It is built as a self-contained desk unit, so it does not need a laptop wheeled over to run it.

RFID Inventory

Most Bangladeshi retailers do not lose money mainly to theft — they lose it to not knowing what is on the floor. RFID replaces the annual guess with a number you can act on this afternoon.
