SensormaticUltra Post Self-Contained Pedestal

The Ultra Post is Sensormatic's self-contained AM pedestal: the electronics sit inside the base cover of the primary post, so there is no separate controller to find space and power for. A pair covers up to 1.8 m between pedestals, with audible and visual alarms built into the unit. Sensormatic rate it at up to 40% less power out of the box than earlier Ultra Post systems, and the optional traffic counter adds a power-on-demand standby that they claim cuts consumption by up to 86% during quiet trading. Tags-too-close warning, jammer detection and an advertising panel kit are available on the same platform.
