Overview

What it does

The AMF10 is the entry ABS pedestal in the Checkpoint AM line, at 5.6 kg net per piece — light enough for one fitter to stand up and bolt down. It runs 58 kHz and detects DR labels at 1.6–1.8 m, drawing 25 W per antenna from 110–220 V. A master unit will carry up to two slaves with no external controller, and each antenna can be commissioned as transceiver, transmitter or receiver. Jammer detection and on-board oscilloscope diagnostics are included, which matters where the shop has no technician of its own.
