Overview

What it does

The RF164 is Guardia's ABS radio-frequency pedestal, for stores tagging with adhesive RF labels rather than AM. In dual configuration it reads a 4 × 4 cm label up to 165 cm and a 5 × 5 cm label up to 175 cm; run as a single mono post those drop to 100 cm and 110 cm. Label size therefore sets the door width it can cover, which is worth settling before the gate position is fixed. The ABS frame is rated -5°C to 50°C.
