Overview

What it does

The AM158 is the metal-base build of Guardia's 58 kHz acousto-magnetic pedestal, for entrances where a plastic base gets kicked. It works as a TX+RX pair or as a single mono post, with detection between 0.9 m and 2.8 m depending on the tag. Rated power is ≤15 W on 110–230 V at 50–60 Hz, running the A1500 board. The controller is not included, so budget for one separately unless there is a spare on site.
