SensormaticAMB1200 AM Deactivator
Counter-top AM label deactivator in the build made for metal checkout surfaces.
Sensormatic AMB1200 AM Deactivator
What it does
The AMB1200AM is the metal-surface build of Sensormatic's flat counter-top AM deactivator. Goods pass over the pad and active AM labels are switched off at up to 10 cm above the pad, in any label orientation; the unit detects live labels up to 15.2 cm above the surface, so staff hear and see it when something has not gone off. The 'AM' suffix here refers to that metal-counter version, which is fitted without cutting the counter top — the standard AMB1200 mounts on the counter instead. Specify this variant where the checkout furniture is steel, and order the matching Essentials controller with it.

Deactivators & Detachers
Every second a cashier spends fighting a tag is a second the queue grows. Checkout hardware is where a loss-prevention system either disappears into the workflow or becomes the thing everyone complains about.
