AM Label Deactivator

Overview

What it does

The G904 sits at the till and switches off acousto-magnetic soft labels as goods are passed over it, so paid stock clears the antennas without alarming. It is the companion piece to an AM antenna line: labels stay live from the shelf to the counter, and only the till kills them. Specify one pad per active checkout lane — sharing a single pad across two tills is where missed deactivations start.

Part of a system

Deactivators & Detachers

Every second a cashier spends fighting a tag is a second the queue grows. Checkout hardware is where a loss-prevention system either disappears into the workflow or becomes the thing everyone complains about.
