Jewellery

Very high value per gram, and loss that is almost always internal.

The risk

What actually goes missing

Jewellery rarely walks out through the front door. The exposure is at the counter, in the safe room and at the staff exit — which makes screening and after-hours cover more important than pedestals.

The specification

The system we normally specify

A starting point, not a catalogue page. Door width, merchandise mix and staffing all move these choices once we have surveyed the floor.

  1. 01

Walk-through and handheld metal detectors at staff exits

  2. 02

Multi-zone intrusion panel partitioned for the safe room

  3. 03

Optical and hard tags on display pieces
